Export an invoice to PDF

Save an invoice as a PDF to send by email or chat without worrying about the layout shifting.

   Create or open the invoice you want to export.

   Choose to download it as a PDF. The browser opens a save dialog.

   Pick a location and give the file a name you can find again, such as the invoice number and the customer name.

   When you send it, the PDF keeps its layout on any device, unlike a screenshot.
