Can PrintInvoice create a tax-authority-coded e-invoice?
No. PrintInvoice creates and prints an ordinary sales invoice. A compliant e-invoice must be issued by a licensed provider, carry a tax authority code and a digital signature. If you need that, use a licensed provider's service and ask your accountant.
So is an invoice printed from PrintInvoice usable?
It is usable as a sales invoice to give the customer and to record in your own books. It is not a document that replaces a compliant e-invoice, so where an e-invoice is mandatory you must still issue one under the regulations.
If I export a PDF, is that an e-invoice?
No. A PDF you create yourself is still a sales invoice in file form, not a compliant e-invoice. The difference is not the file format but whether the invoice was issued and coded under the regulations.
