Terms of Service
This document sets out the terms you agree to when using PrintInvoice. We have tried to keep it short and clear rather than long and vague.

1. What PrintInvoice is
PrintInvoice is a tool for creating and printing sales invoices in a web browser. You enter the customer and product details, and the software calculates and prints an A4 invoice.
2. PrintInvoice is not an e-invoice
An invoice created with PrintInvoice is NOT a tax-authority-coded electronic invoice. It carries no digital signature from a licensed e-invoice provider, and it does not connect to the tax authority's systems. It is meant for internal records, customer receipts, and your own bookkeeping as a small business. If you need a tax-authority-coded e-invoice, use a licensed provider. That requirement is outside the scope of PrintInvoice.
3. Your account
You can try the tool without an account. When you sign up, you need to give a working email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you find your account has been used without your permission, tell us right away.
4. The free plan
The free plan lets you create 10 invoices per month. Invoices printed on the free plan carry a PrintInvoice watermark. The free plan allows one login account. We may adjust the free plan limits, but we will tell you in advance.
5. Paid plans
PRO and PREMIUM raise your invoice and account limits and remove the watermark. Current prices are listed on the pricing page and are billed monthly or yearly. Your term starts on the date payment succeeds.
6. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer using a VietQR code. The transaction is handled by your bank, not by PrintInvoice. Your plan is activated once we receive the full amount, usually within a few minutes.
7. Refunds
Within the first 7 days after payment, if PrintInvoice is not right for you, you may ask for a full refund of what you paid. The only condition is that you send the request from your registered email address. After 7 days we do not refund the remaining term. See the Refund Policy page for details.
8. What you may not do
You may not use PrintInvoice to create fake invoices, invoices for transactions that never happened, or any document meant to deceive someone or evade tax. You may not try to access another user's data, damage the service, or use automated tools to send excessive requests. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Your data
The invoices and customer details you enter are yours. You can download them or ask us to delete them at any time. We do not sell your data to anyone. See the Privacy Policy page for details.
10. Availability
We try to keep the service running continuously, but we do not promise any specific uptime percentage. There will be maintenance and incidents outside our control. We give notice of planned maintenance when we can.
11. Limiting our liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or data loss where you have not kept your own backup. If there is a dispute, our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
12. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update the date at the top of the page and notify active accounts. If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the service.
