Privacy Policy
This page explains what data we collect and what we do with it. We try to collect as little as the service needs to run.

1. What we collect
When you create an account: your email, a hashed password, and the signup time. When you create an invoice: whatever you type in, including the customer's name and contact details, products, prices, and any store logo you upload. When you visit the site: your IP address, browser type, and which pages you viewed.
2. What we use it for
To run the service: store your invoices, apply your plan limits correctly, and let you log in. To help you when you ask. To detect abuse such as mass account creation. To improve the product based on aggregate statistics.
3. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or hand your personal data to anyone for their advertising. Data is shared only with the providers needed for the system to work: our hosting provider, and the bank that processes your payment.
4. Advertising
The free plan shows ads to keep the service running. Ads are served by a third party and may use cookies to choose relevant content. You can remove them by upgrading to a paid plan.
5. How long we keep it
Invoice data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete an invoice, it is removed from the running system and no longer appears in the interface. When you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days. Backups may keep it slightly longer before being overwritten on a rolling basis.
6. Your rights
You may see what data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, download it, and ask us to delete it. Send the request from your registered email so we can verify it is you. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed before storage and never kept in readable form. Traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. No system is perfectly safe; if an incident affects your data, we will tell you.
8. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your chosen language, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but then you will not be able to log in.
9. Children
The service is for business users, not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you know of such a case, tell us so we can delete it.
