A cut-off invoice is usually caused by printer settings rather than missing data. Before printing several copies, create a test invoice and check the browser preview.
Choose A4 paper and the orientation that matches the invoice template. Do not rely on automatic sizing if the printer saved Letter paper from a previous job.
Set the scale to 100% and turn off browser headers and footers if they push the invoice onto a second page.
If the layout is still cut off, download the PDF and print it from a PDF reader. This keeps the layout more consistent across browsers and printer drivers.
Check the invoice number, total, customer name and notes on the test print before printing the final copy.
